Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for products of equal value within 7 days of delivery. To exchange an item, contact our customer service team with your order details. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement promptly. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
